Yoga Classes

In the studio on the 2nd floor, led by yoga instructor Camille Voituriez,  this class offers a comprehensive session combining a dynamic first part to loosen the muscles and release tension, followed by a slower phase inspired by yin yoga, focused on deep relaxation. The class concludes with a quiet period of guided meditation in front of one of the museum’s artworks.
