Drawing lessons: human body

This cycle of courses offers training in drawing the human body: general morphology and observation techniques for correctly representing proportions and volumes, from the whole to detail.

You'll draw from paintings and preparatory drawings in the Gustave Moreau museum collections, practicing the various techniques (graphite, sanguine, black stone, etc.) employed by the artist.

While acquiring a solid grounding in drawing, this cycle will enable you to approach Gustave Moreau's art and technique from the very heart of his studio.

This course is open to beginners and more advanced artists alike. The teacher will adapt his corrections to the level of each student. Each class will begin with a demonstration.
