Opening hours

The museum will be exceptionally closed between 12:30 and 1:30 pm on Saturday, March 22, 2025. 

Open every day except Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (rooms close 15 minutes before closing time).

Closed on January 1, May 1 and December 25.

 

Ticket

⚠ The ticket includes a visit to the 2nd and 3rd floor workshops. The other areas may be open in the case of low attendance, but visits are not guaranteed.

Access to the Gustave Moreau museum and the Jean-Jacques Henner museum within 72 hours of purchase.

Free admission	for people benefiting from a special rate (see below) for all of the first Sundays of each month : Due to very high attendance and to ensure that our public can visit the museum in the best possible conditions, reservations are strongly recommended on the first Sunday of each month. Without a resrvation, access is not guaranteed.

Lockers

No luggage (suitcase or bag) may be accepted or kept in the museum.

No luggage may be deposited in the lockers.

Radical Storage and Nannybag offer a number of lockers in the 9th arrondissement.

 

Accessibility

Reduced-mobility visitors

The museum has three staircases and no elevator.
The museum is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Strollers must be left at the museum reception desk.
