Opening hours

Open every day except Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (rooms close 15 minutes before closing time).

The ground floor of the museum (rooms A, B, C, D, E and F) is closed to the public from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Closed on January 1, May 1 and December 25.

 

Ticket

Access to the Gustave Moreau museum and the Jean-Jacques Henner museum within 72 hours of purchase.

  • for all of the first Sundays of each month : Due to very high attendance and to ensure that our public can visit the museum in the best possible conditions, reservations are strongly recommended on the first Sunday of each month. Without a resrvation, access is not guaranteed.

In the 15 days following your visit to the Gustave Moreau museum or the Jean-Jacques Henner museum, and on presentation of your admission ticket, you will benefit from a reduced rate for the purchase of a ticket for :

Car parking: the nearest parking lot to the museum is the Parc Trinité d'Estienne d'Orves at 10 / 12 rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle - 75009 PARIS.

 

Lockers

No luggage (suitcase or bag) may be accepted or kept in the museum.

No luggage may be deposited in the lockers.

Radical Storage and Nannybag offer a number of lockers in the 9th arrondissement.

Reduced-mobility visitors

The museum has three staircases and no elevator.
The museum is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Strollers must be left at the museum reception desk.
