The museum is open every day, except Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admission at 5:30 p.m.)
The museum is closed to the public on January 1, May 1, December 25. Early closing on December 24 and January 31.
Access to the permanent collections is free on the 1st Sunday of the month.
The ticket includes a visit to the 2nd and 3rd floor workshops. The other spaces may be open in the event of low attendance, but their visit is not guaranteed.
The single ticket gives access to the permanent collections of the Gustave Moreau museum and the musée Jean-Jacques Henner, valid 7 days.

The museum has three staircases and is not equipped with an elevator.
The museum is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Strollers must be left at the museum reception desk.
